Our PAC Constitution states the reason why our council exists.
It defines our council’s reason for being, clarifies our mandate and purpose, and can be used to focus our activities. Our PAC Bylaws are our operating rules, and define the roles of the membership and executive, provide authority and direction to the membership and executive, and provide a method for accountability for our executive’s decisions and actions.
