Enrollment Information

Parents can save time by enrolling students online.

The first step is to set up a Backpack account: GCS Backpack

Next, complete enrollment on Backpack: GCS Backpack Enrollment

*Please note: Enrollment forms are available on the Enrollment/Registration Information Page (Enrollment Information) or at our school

The following are the required documents for enrollment:

Change of Address

Please be prepared to provide two current (within 30 days) “proof of residency” documents (all must contain property address)

These can be a combination of:

o Current bills – i.e. electric, gas, water, cable

o Current mortgage statement or current signed lease agreement with landlord’s name and phone number

Withdrawal Information

Moving Out of District

Parents please contact us to withdraw their student. If a student is moving and will be attending another school outside of Greenville County, parents should request the new school to fax an official records request form on school letterhead to 864-355-0089. Records will be forwarded to the student’s new school upon receipt of the official records request form.

Moving Within District

If a student is moving and will be attending another school within Greenville County, parents should request the new school to fax an official records request form on school letterhead to 864-355-0089. Permanent records will be forwarded to the student’s new Greenville County school upon receipt of the official records request form.

Parent Backpack allows you to view your student's classes and current grades. You may also update contact information (to add, delete or change), address and phone number.
