Nice To Meet You!

Hello Everyone!

Thank you for visiting my website.  I hope it will be helpful to you.  It continues to be a work in progress.  Therefore, I may be adding or changing information throughout the year.

I would like to welcome you to Sterling School's 4K Program!  My name is Ms. Mendes and I am one of the 4K teachers here at Sterling School.  Ms. Watson works with me in the classroom on a daily basis.

This  will be my seventh year at Sterling, however I've been teaching for 28 years.  My experiences include 1st grade, Kindergarten, 2nd & 3rd grades as well as the 4K program.

I moved to the Greenville area from the state of Vermont in December of 2000.  I love being part of the Sterling & Greenville community.  During my free time, I enjoy going to the ocean, walking my dog, taking a ride on the paddle boat , listening to music & renovating my house.

Family is very important to me, so spending time with my family is at the top of the list.  Therefore, I want to take a moment to, "Thank You" for allowing me the opportunity to work with your child this year.  It means a lot!

This is Ms. Watson's  third year working with me in the 4K classroom.   She comes to the Sterling community with 18 years experience in both 4K & Kindergarten.  She enjoys spending time by the lake or beach & loves to read.
