Programs of Study

Students may enroll in Southside Air Force JROTC as an elective for up to four years.  First year students are enrolled in Aerospace Science 1 (AS-1).  Second year (AS-2) and third year (AS-3) students jointly attend the AS-2/3 class with curriculum that alternates every other year.  Students who successfully complete AS-3 and demonstrate the desire and leadership potential are offered the JROTC capstone AS-4 course.
