Our Mission and Vision

Vision Statement:

The school counseling department at Northwest Middle School provides students with a comprehensive school counseling program that facilitates students in becoming motivated, self-directed, and confident life-long learners. We plan to facilitate the development of 21st century skills and the acquirement of worldly knowledge that will allow our students to become productive citizens.

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Northwest Middle School Counseling Department is to work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and other educational stakeholders to meet the academic, career, and social/emotional development of all students 100% of the time, in order to achieve excellence together.
