Enrollment Information

Parents and Guardians- All students should have received their student request letters for 23-24 school year. As stated on the sheet, these are requests, not a set schedule. 

For rising 6th, 7th and 8th graders, override forms are required to change levels in Math and English.

For rising 9th graders, override forms are required to change levels in all academic areas. 

You can obtain this form by reaching out to your student's counselor and these forms have all relevant information in regards to overriding course recommendations.  

All override forms are due back by Friday, June 2nd and no requests for change are able to be made after this date. 

To start the enrollment process a parent or legal guardian must be present and two proof of residency documents must be provided. To make an appointment to register your student, please contact Sharon Smith at 355-6904.

Please bring the following information with you to enroll your student:

• Photo ID from any state or country

• Two current "proofs of residency" documents (all must contain property address)

  • These can be a combination of:

    • Current Bills - electric, gas, water, cable

    • Current mortgage statement of current lease agreement with landlord's name and phone number

• Birth Certificate

• Signed Certificate of Immunization, Conditional Certificate of Immunization or Religious Exemption Certificate 

• Completed Student Enrollment Form (available from school)

• Withdrawal or transfer form from your previous school, along with most recent report card or transcript

• If applicable, the following will be needed:

  • IEP or 504 plan

  • Court-ordered guardianship document
