Welcome to a new school year! I want to express my excitement about working with your student this year, as we learn about American History and South Carolina's rich heritage.  This is my sixth year here at Blue Ridge Middle School, however, I have been teaching history for over twenty years.  I am excited to have your student and look forward to an exciting and productive year. 

 I am looking forward to creating a cooperative and enthusiastic learning relationship with your student. My expectations for the class are simple. I expect all students to maintain mutual respect, honesty, and responsibility to themselves and others.
