Mrs. McKay's Class Schedule: (6th, 7th and 8th Physical Education).
First Period: Planning: 8:20-8:50 am
Second Period: 8th grade: 8:53-9:40 am (8th grade)
Third period: 9:43-10:30 am (8th grade)
Planning: 10:31-11:29 am
Fourth period: 11:30-12:17 pm (7th grade)
Fifth Period: 12:20-1:07 pm (7th grade)
Planning: 1:08-1:37
Sixth Period: 1:38-2:25 pm (6th grade)
Seventh Period: 2:28-3:15 pm (6th grade)
Class Overview:
This class will introduce you to a variety of physical activities and sports such as badminton, fitness activities, games, basketball, weightlifting, throwing games, volleyball, and much more. This class will also focus on providing health classes to students so students can mix cognitive knowledge with physical knowledge.
Units Taught: All P.E lesson plans can be found in the lesson plans tab.
-Health Lessons such as Mental Health, Social Health, Nutrition, etc.

HUMAN SEXUALITY TEACHINGS
Human Sexuality will be taught by the district this year on google classroom. The material is available in the Welcome Center to view if you would like to view it beforehand and only available through the month of September. I will attach an exempt form if you choose for your child NOT to take the course. You must hand deliver the form to the Welcome Center and not your child in order for them to be exempt. Please let me know if you have any questions.
