How to Manually Override a Final Grade in PT Pro
Grading Period Dates
In order for grades to be averaged in the proper grading period, assignments and assessments must fall within the following dates.
2020 - 2021 Important Dates
Q1 Progress Report (These are optional. It is a school based decision)
Wednesday, September 23: Teachers’ Grades and Verification Sheets due by the end of the day
Thursday, September 24: Schools print progress reports
Friday, September 25: Progress reports go home
Q1 Report Card
Thursday, October 22: End of Q1 grading period
Monday, October 26: latest date for Teachers’ Grades and Verification Sheets due (time determined by each school)
Wednesday, October 28: District stores grades
Thursday, October 29: Schools generate and print report cards
Thursday, October 29: Report cards go home
Q2 Progress Report (These are optional. It is a school based decision)
Thursday, November 19: Teachers’ Grades and Verification Sheets due by the end of the day
Friday, November 20: Schools print progress reports
Monday, November 23: Progress reports go home
Q2 Report Card
Friday, January 15: End of Q2 grading period
Tuesday, January 19: latest date for Teachers’ Grades and Verification Sheets due (time determined by each school)
Wednesday, January 20: District stores grades
Thursday, January 21: Schools generate and print report cards
Thursday, January 21: Report cards go home

Friday, June 4: End of Q4 grading period
Grading Scale
10-point grading scale:
100-90 A
89-80 B
79-70 C
69-60 D
59-50 F
Grade Verifications
- The appropriate grading scale is displayed
- No grades over 100
- Proper grading floors have been applied – 50 for all students
- The “Grade” and “%” columns match
- No empty grades (all transfer grades entered)
