IF STUDENTS FORGET THEIR USERNAMES or PASSWORDS ...
Student Usernames and Passwords
Teachers can locate student user names by using either of the following methods:
1. Log into your school district email account. Click New Mail. In the “To” field click on the word “To”. Type in your student’s last name, first name. Press search. The student’s username will appear. By default, the password is the student’s birthday in the following format (mmddyy).
OR
2. Log into the portal. Click on the Access Management Systems (AMS) link. Enter your school district username and password. Click student support;change student password then click the drop down menu for a list of all the students you teach. Once you locate the student click their name and you will see their user name.
*If you need to reset a student’s password, follow the directions in step two and click the Reset Password button.
