AWARDS AND CERTIFICATES

The awards and certificates earned by our Engineers will be placed with their bagged items for pick up during the June 1-4 window. Again, a schedule for pick up with be distributed before that time.

FIFTH GRADE RIDE OUT

Fifth grade parents, mark your calendar for Friday, May 29 from 5-6 PM! The AJW staff will line the carline and celebrate our outgoing fifth graders as they ride through the car line. We will ensure the safety of our students, parents and families by maintaining our social distancing and since parents/students will remain in the cards the entire time. You should have received an invitation from your child's teacher. This event is for fifth grade students only.

PICK UP OF MATERIALS LEFT IN CLASSROOMS

All items from student cubbies and desks will be bagged for each student and then will be made available for pick-up June 1-4.

Monday, June 1: Fifth grade, K4 and K5 students from 8 AM-3 PM

Tuesday, June 2: Fourth grade, First grade from 8 AM- 3 PM

Wednesday, June 3: Second grade, Third grade from 8 AM- 3 PM

PLEASE BRING BACK ALL CHROMEBOOKS AND CHARGERS, LIBRARY BOOKS, CLASSROOM BOOKS and BAGGIE BOOKS ON THESE SAME DAYS.

PICK UP PURCHASED YEARBOOKS

If you purchased a yearbook, these will be picked up at the same time you come to pick up your student’s bag of materials from the classroom (June 1-4).

PICK UP OF MEDICATIONS

If your child has medication at school, this may be picked up at the same time you come to pick up your student’s bag of materials from the classroom (June 1-4).

CHROMEBOOK, LIBRARY BOOK, BAGGIE BOOK RETURN

These items must be returned during the June 1-4 window. Please bring these items with you when you come to AJW to pick up your students classroom materials, yearbook or medication. Signs will direct you to drop off locations.

NATIONAL TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK

Tomorrow officially kicks of National Teacher Appreciation week but we have postponed it as our PTA has some special things planned for the AJW staff.
