• PD in your PJs - book study through Twitter

• Create a 10 goal technology challenge and have staff show their projects on a shared website

• PD that extends through the year. Ongoing topics.

• Site visits

• Online learning and collaboration with teachers NOT in your school or state

• Pick a partner who wants to learn/explore the same thing you are interested in

• Having "Tech Activators" on each team to work with other teachers and to share new technology tools that they have learned about

• Flipped PD for staff to go deeper when we come back together.

• Videos of ideas in action (math workshop, literacy etc) for an entire unit of study.
