I am enthusiastic about being your child’s Project Lead the Way (PTLW) teacher.

This is my fourth year teaching at Hayes Middle School. Before my time in education, I completed a successful 15-year engineering career in commercial construction. My passion, however is teaching. I am a highly motivated educator. After many years doing adult education both in-person and on-line, I turned my focus toward K-12 STEM education.

My background:

• Bachelor of Science from Stanford in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Master of Science from University of New Mexico.
• Alternative Licensure in Education through Central New Mexico (CNM) Community College.

I do have high expectations for students, because I know they can meet them. I look forward to watching your child learn, grow and have a fantastic time in PLTW. I am thrilled to be a part of this year’s journey.
