Continuing up the sewers the adventurers encounter a Bone Yard - an animated pile of bones and gore, blocking the way up to the Tower.  It traps Keth inside its fiery ribcage.  Eventually the party drives it back.  Azeari finds a Gnomish Bank deposit box key.  

Finally the adventurers climb out of the sewers and enter the Tower.  Here disguised as Inquisitors they bluff their way down to Percival's cell and release him.

Later away from the Tower, Percival reveals a collection of intrigue and information about the actions of the Twelve Skulls in Tyrephene: The Black Guards, Winsome and Rowena Barrafin, an apparently corrupt Port Guard Lieutenant, Thelonius Grimm, and a pirate ship sunk at its moorings.

Checking out the deposit box at the well-guarded bank, Azeari and Toss find necromantic potions, but also an apparent treasure map leading to the head of the Greybrindle River.
