Behind the Wheel Instructor Philosophy: "I help young men and women move through a rite of passage, and my job is getting them to think about this time in their lives. Having a driver's license means you move out of the backseat into the driver's seat. You aren't a passenger anymore. You're in charge! You can go where you want to go. You have power now. So that's what we talk about, the power, their new power, opportunity, and responsibility. About their dreams, hopes, and what they fear. About 'someday' and 'what if.'"
