Bishop O'Neil Center Preschool

Selma Deitch Early Learning Program (SDELP)

SDELP is a comprehensive approach to Early Childhood Education serving the special needs of preschoolers throughout the City of Manchester.

The Manchester School District offers three options for preschool. Choose from the list below for program details and eligibility:

    • Special Education Preschool for children with identified disabilities
    • Title I Preschool for children residing in Title I school neighborhoods
    • Side By Side for families seeking an affordable high-quality preschool experience for their child

All preschool teachers are certified through the NH Department of Education. Additional certified staff provide family support, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, nursing services and adaptive physical education to meet the needs of students and their families. Paraprofessionals assist our teachers and therapists in meeting individual needs.
