The Manchester School District will be a dynamic system focused on the realization of student aspirations.

The Bakersville Elementary School and Preschool at the Bishop O'Neil Center seek to combine instructional excellence along with the support and collaboration of the greater school community in order to help instill the essential 21st century skills in all of our students so that we may help them each grow into the successful, productive, positive citizens we know they can be.
