BPS OPI/IEFA Model Lessons
Through grant funding from OPI & Indian Education for All, the following resources were developed to make connections between MCCS, IEFA Model Teaching Units, and our Montana Content Standards and Lead 21 Literacy Resources. Research based best practices and strategies were the common thread that brought IEFA and the Montana Content Standards together. Rich cultural literature provided the context for learning. The books utilized in each grade level are available in the school libraries.
