Mission:
Your fitness journey begins with a complimentary in-person or virtual consultation. This initial session allows me to understand your starting point, goals, and challenges. For in-person consultations, I perform a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to assess how your body moves through all three planes of motion, identifying any muscular imbalances or skeletal deviations that could increase your risk of injury or limit your performance.
Using this comprehensive assessment, we’ll collaborate to create a personalized fitness program tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and schedule. By integrating metabolic training into your routine, your program will deliver the results you desire while improving your strength, endurance, and overall metabolic efficiency. Together, we’ll build a sustainable plan that not only helps you achieve your fitness aspirations but also empowers you to maintain them for life.
