2. Complete the information – when it asks you what region in Virginia you are from there is an option that says I do not live in Virginia

3. Once logged in, scroll down and select Service Coordination and Coaching.

4. This module has 3 chapters:

• • • 1st chapter is about coaching characteristics

    • 2nd chapter is about coaching in service coordination and has some sample videos, scenarios

    • 3rd chapter is all about their Service Coordination checklist and how to score it/use it

    • The entire module is approximately 2 hours in length
