Pear Deck

Peardeck is such a useful tool to a classroom. The aspect of making slideshows more engaging for students is very appealing to educators.  Whether it be students drawing , or answering through the app, everything about it engages students. This naturally creates much more interest for them in the pertaining topic. In social studies specifically, direct instruction is a very popular mode of delivering content. Peardeck can be a great way to deliver instruction while continuing to engage students. I have used peardeck a couple times throughout student teaching and both times I got a lot of good feedback from my students. Incorporating technologies such as peardeck will be a staple and custom in my classroom.
