Internship Expectations
- Complete Zingerman’s Orientation training classes.
- Participate and attend ZingPath events.
- Maintain positive and professional performance, including excellent attendance at Zingerman’s.
- Maintain excellent attendance and passing grades in all classes at Pathways.
- Respond to emails and surveys throughout the program.
- All selected participants will attend a Welcome session with one parent/guardian.
- All selected participants will attend a Match Day to interview with Zingerman's managers.
- All selected participants will fill out new hire paperwork, including tax forms and provide I-9 documentation.
- Celebrate the end of the internship with a Zingerman's Graduation!

Do I get paid?
YES! $11/hour for time worked and required classes taken at Zingerman’s.
