Disney Circle interferes with the school's filter service. If your student is having problems connecting at home it may be that your Disney Circle appliance needs to allow access to our filter. In order to do this you will need to edit the Custom Filter of the circle than your student's device is in.
Please add our filter's address to your "Allowed" website list. The address you must allow is: securly.com.
