Best Practices for Implementation.

1.  Avoid students feeling like you are spying on them!   Inform your students that you will be using Hapara or Classroom as a way to maximize learning. The app has many features, and being able to view their screen is just one. Explain the benefits of being able to see their work in real-time on their screens. 

2. Avoid relying on the classroom as a watchdog! Hapara provides a unique way to deliver instruction to students. It should be used for more than just watching over their learning; instead, use it to guide and share their learning with others. 

3. Harness the real power of the Hapara or Classroom!   We recommend you guide student learning with Hapra by using it to: 

• Guide students towards specific content using the Share Links, Guided Browsing, and Freezing Tabs

• Distribute teacher-created content to students. You can easily use Hapara's features to send content to students all at the same time 

• Observe student learning from your teacher's device using the Screen View feature in Hapara to observe students in real time as they are working. This can support your efforts in individualizing instruction and help to identify who needs help and guidance right away. 

• Differentiate content by using the Group feature. The group feature allows you to create groups that fit your classroom's needs, each small group can do a different assignment in a particular app if you wish.
