1. What is Skyward Family Access?
Skyward Family Access is an online portal that allows parents and guardians to view their child’s grades, attendance, schedule, report cards, behavior history, and more—anytime, anywhere.
2. How do I log in to Family Access?

3. I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click “Forgot your username or password?” and follow the prompts to reset it using your registered email address.
4. How can I see my child’s grades and assignments?
From the Family Access dashboard, click the Grades tile. You’ll see current grades and assignment details by class. Click a specific grade to view assignment breakdowns, types, and grading scales.
5. Can I see my child’s report card in Skyward?
Yes. From the dashboard, click the Report Card tile to view and download current or past report cards.
6. How do I check attendance?
Click the Attendance tile to see a daily or period-by-period record of absences, tardies, and attendance codes for each class.
7. What if I have more than one child in the district?
If all children are enrolled in the same district, you can switch between them in the Family Access dashboard using the dropdown menu at the top of the screen.
8. How do I view behavior incidents or discipline reports?
Click the Behavior tile to view any recorded incidents, dates, involved staff, and disciplinary actions taken.
9. Can I update my contact information in Family Access?
Yes. In the My Account section, you can update your email, phone number, and preferred communication method. For address changes, you may need to contact the school directly.
10. How can I receive notifications about grades, attendance, or behavior?
You can set up email notifications in the My Account settings. Choose to receive alerts for low grades, missing assignments, attendance issues, and behavior updates so you’re always in the loop.
