Setting Your Campaign Name:
The campaign name input will be your campaign identifier on the sponsored ads dashboard. It is recommended to have it as detailed as possible.
EXAMPLE: 5.5 Sale Women’s Apparel (SG)
Campaign Goal:
Select your campaign objective of either driving sales (Optimise Sales) or awareness (Maximise Product Visibility) via campaign goals
PRO TIP: Brands normally select ‘Optimise sales’ as the default campaign goal to drive more sales
Selecting Campaign Type:
Select between Sponsored Banner and Sponsored Product campaigns
Sponsored Banner campaigns allows further selection of different types of banner placements on:
Desktop Search
Web Mobile Catalog
Mobile App Catalog
Application Tile
Desktop Homepage
Catalogue Selection:
Select the market you are setting up your campaign for under ‘Catalog Target’
Budget And Schedule:
Budget
By default, budget is set to ‘Always on’
Select the pencil icon to open up more options
Daily Budget
Total Budget
Daily & Total Budget
Schedule
By default, start date is the date you are setting up your campaign
Leave the end date blank if you wish to run the campaign continuously from the start date indicated
Select an end date if you wish to end the campaign by a certain date
PRO TIP: Set an always on campaign by leaving the default budget option and leave the campaign end date blank to allow minimal disruption to your campaign. Do ensure that you constantly have sufficient wallet balance though!
Setting Up A Sponsored Product Campaign:
Select ‘Product’ from the Campaign Type dropdown
Selecting The SKU Categories:
Under ‘Sponsored content’, select the SKU categories you wish to run for the campaign
A drop down menu will appear, allowing you to either select all categories or specific categories
Selecting Your Store:
Next, select the store you are selling from
If all settings are correct, the number of SKUs matching both criteria will appear automatically under the store dropdown
PRO TIP: If you do not see your store in the drop down menu, you will need to add your store first under company setting
Starting Your Campaign:
The very last step of set up, double check on all set up details before selecting ‘Start Campaign’
PRO TIP: Select ‘Advanced Setup’ if you need more in-depth campaign setup options
Setting Up A Sponsored Banner Campaign:
Select ‘Banner’ from the Campaign Type dropdown
Select Your Banner Placement:
Under ‘Banner Type’, select the banner you placement you wish to run
Landing Page URL:
Under ‘URL Path’, input the landing page URL for your banner campaign
Target Keywords:
Required for Banner campaigns, include the target keywords
Select The Categories To Run In:
Under ‘Select Categories’, select all or relevant categories to run your sponsored banners in
Uploading The Banner:
Upload the prepared banner creative. Please ensure that it adheres to the guidelines
Starting Your Campaign:
The very last step of set up, double check on all set up details before selecting ‘Start Campaign’
