Brand Homes CMS is a self-service tool that offers a variety of features for creating brand pages, showcasing products, and building brand awareness.
The tool allows you to tell compelling stories about your brand, including product launches, collections, collaborations, and other exciting news, that can captivate your target audience and enhance their engagement with your brand.
A Brand Home page is composed of:
Brand Home header with an image and copy introducing the brand, a 'Follow' button, and category navigation
Min.1- Max. 20 Collections and/or Brand Stories to showcase products and stories
Note:
The Brand Home header always appears at the top of the page.
To achieve an optimal customer experience, we advise creating a minimum of two Collections or Brand Stories alongside the Brand Homes header.
The Collections and Brand Stories are dynamically ordered based on their performance and the expected shopping behavior of individual customers.
Before you can go live with your Brand Home, you must create and publish the following:
1. Brand Home header
2. At least one Collection or Brand Story for each applicable gender and market (country website)
Note: The maximum number of content pieces on a Brand Home page is 20. We advise creating a minimum of two Collections or Brand Stories alongside the Brand Homes header.
To save time and ensure success, please review the specs beforehand.
All new content in Brand Homes CMS requires review, with approval time varying based on content type. Some content will be auto-approved, while others may take up to 5 business days to review. Details on review timelines can be found here.
Note that your content won’t go live automatically after Zalando approves it. To take it live, you will need to log in to the Brand Homes CMS and click the Publish button.
To publish your content, follow these steps:
1. Receive approval for your content.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Go to the Collections, Brand Home, or Brand Stories tab.
4. Click the Publish button to publish your content.

Frequently updating the content on your Brand Home is crucial for its success. This not only encourages repeat visits from existing customers but also attracts new ones.
While updating content at least once a season is a minimum requirement, we advise brands to periodically refresh their content to ensure that it reflects their latest brand campaigns and stories.
Moreover, removing outdated event-specific content (e.g., Valentine's Day, etc.) from your Brand Home is crucial for staying relevant and maintaining a positive reputation.
Reviewing and updating your site periodically helps ensure that it stays up-to-date and meets customer expectations, enhancing your brand's reputation and improving the customer experience.
To unpublish a Collection, you will need to:
1. Click on the down arrow next to the Collection status
2. Click Unpublish.
Alternatively, you can also permanently delete it from the Overview page by clicking on the down arrow > Delete.
