A Quick Note From Mrs. Gill:
Welcome to the website of Mrs. Gill's third grade class!
Dear Third Grade Families,
What a wonderful first week we've had together! I wanted to take a moment to share how excited I am for the year ahead and to thank you for sharing your children with me.
Our first week absolutely flew by. We dove right into learning the procedures and routines that will help our classroom run smoothly all year long. We talked about everything from homework expectations and how we approach our ELA and math instruction, to walking safely on campus, heading out for recess (and making the best of indoor recess!), working together as a team, keeping our agendas organized, and so much more. Your children jumped in with wonderful attitudes and impressed me every single day.
I have to say, you should be so proud. Your kiddos have been respectful, hardworking, and eager to learn, and that says everything about the care and support they receive at home. It makes my job an absolute joy.
I am truly honored and excited to have your third grader in my class this year. Here's to a fantastic year of learning and growing together!
With gratitude,
Mrs. Gill
