Math In Action is a Unified Arts class where students will answer the age old question of "When will I ever use this math?"  We will spend a quarter engaged in math projects based on their grade level standards to deepen the knowledge of each mathematical concept.  For student that have the course early in the year, we will preview what is to come in their core math classes with application and real-world tasks.  For students that have the course later in the year, we will review what was already learned in their core math class with applications and real-world tasks.
