On-The-Job Training Competencies

What I will learn in this module

During an On-the-job training period a student has a unique occasion to get insights in entrepreneurship, social and climate aspects, sustainability and wellbeing.


On-the-job training (Work based learning) is when students/trainees learn applicable skills for their role while in the workplace. It's a practical training method focused on a hands-on approach in a live or simulated training environment, typically under the guidance of a supervisor or mentor.



It is recommended the trainers and students using module 4 first perform the assignments in module 1 and 2.
