Clear next steps, practical resources, and support for families navigating the college planning process, including families of college-bound student-athletes.
Founding Member Enrollment Is Open!
Join Your College Game Plan for $24.99/month through August 20 and keep that founding member rate for as long as you remain an active member.
There are timelines, applications, essays, financial aid conversations, college lists, course planning, recommendation letters, deadlines, and decisions.
And if your student is hoping to play their sport in college, there is a whole additional layer: eligibility, recruiting communication, video, camps, showcases, coach conversations, academic fit, athletic fit, and the question so many families are quietly asking:
Are we doing this right?
Most families are not looking for more random information. They need help knowing what matters right now and what step to take next.
That is where Your College Game Plan comes in.
This membership was created for parents of high school students who want to feel more confident and less overwhelmed as they support their student through college planning.
It may be a good fit if:
Your student is in 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade
You know college planning matters, but you are not sure where to start
You want clear next steps without having to spend hours searching online
Your student needs help thinking through college fit, applications, timelines, or affordability
Your student is an athlete and you are trying to understand NCAA eligibility, recruiting communication, exposure opportunities, or what college athletic fit really means
You have support at school but still want extra guidance, structure, and reminders
You do not have much college counseling support and want someone to help you make sense of the process
You do not need to have everything figured out before joining. That’s exactly why we created this.
We are Jamie Gazzano and Breanna Herd, two high school counselors who have walked alongside students and families through the college planning process.
We have seen how quickly families can feel overwhelmed, especially when they are trying to balance school, activities, athletics, finances, deadlines, and big future decisions.
We also know that not every family has the same access to college planning support. Some students have a counselor walking closely with them. Others are in schools where counselors are stretched thin. Some are homeschooled. Some are at smaller schools. Some have support but still feel lost.
Your College Game Plan was created to make college planning feel more straightforward, doable, and affordable.
Our goal is not to add more noise. Our goal is to help you know what matters, what to do next, and how to support your student with more confidence.
Your College Game Plan gives families simple, practical support for the college planning process without the overwhelm.
Inside the membership, you’ll receive:
Basics video modules for both general college planning and student-athlete families
Monthly Game Plan Drops with timely guidance so you know what deserves your attention right now.
A member community where you can ask questions, connect, and see what other families are navigating
Practical resources like checklists, templates, guides, and planning tools
Live Q&A opportunities during key college planning seasons, with replays when available
Whether your family is just getting started, trying to make sense of applications, or navigating the student-athlete side of college planning, the membership is designed to help you know what matters and what to do next.

Before the school year gets busy, get your college planning game plan in place.
Is this membership only for student-athlete families?
No. Your College Game Plan supports families navigating the general college planning process as well as families with students hoping to compete in college athletics. You can use the resources and support that apply to your family.
What grade levels is the membership for?
The membership is designed for families with students in grades 9–12. What you need will look different depending on your student's grade and where they are in the process, which is why we focus on helping you understand what matters right now.
Does this replace my student's school counselor?
No. We believe your student's school counselor can be an important part of their college planning team. YCGP gives families additional education, resources, reminders, and support as they navigate the process.
What happens after I join?
You'll get access to the membership and our Start Here area, where we'll walk you through a few simple steps to help you determine where your family is now and what to focus on first.
Do I have to commit for a certain amount of time?
Here I'd put your actual cancellation policy. If it's month-to-month/cancel anytime, say it plainly.
What does “founding member” mean?
Families who join during our founding member enrollment period receive our lowest planned rate of $24.99/month. As long as you remain an active member, you'll keep that founding member rate.
You don't need to have the entire college planning process figured out today. You just need to know what matters next.
Join Your College Game Plan and get the guidance, resources, and support to move forward with a little more clarity and a lot less panic.
Founding members join for $24.99/month through August 20 and keep that rate for as long as their membership remains active.
