If you have a parent or grandparent that graduated from CHS in 1971, 1972, 1973, or 1977 you could receive an award!

Directions:

Obtain a copy of a yearbook photo or copy of High School Diploma. (You can go to our Media Center to get access to old yearbooks)

Send the copy to Mrs. Eyster in the Career Center by May 4th.
