CHS Scholarship Application

When you complete the CHS Scholarship Application you are applying to over 30 scholarships! Some organizations, foundations, and sponsors use our CHS Scholarship application to make their final selection for their scholarships/awards. Please review the Guide to the Charlotte High School Scholarship Application Process prior to starting your application.

State and National Scholarship dates will vary.

• Personal Essay 

• Resume

  • Sample Resume 1

  • Sample Resume 2

  • Sample Resume 3

  • Non Example Resumes 

• 3 Letters of Recommendation (2 Staff and 1 Community Member)
