Speaking and Workshops

I genuinely enjoy connecting with fellow educators through public speaking and professional learning. I regularly present at schools and educational conferences across South Korea, sharing practical, classroom-tested approaches that teachers can take back to their own communities. My workshops focus on Conscious Discipline, building a strong School Family, supporting neurodiverse learners, and advocating for evidence-based literacy instruction and strong Tier 1 literacy programs.

I believe professional learning is most meaningful when educators leave feeling inspired, empowered, and equipped with strategies they can use the very next day.
