NYS Maple Weekends

Maple Weekends are an educational outreach program through the NYS Maple Producers' Association, highlighting maple syrup producers throughout the state. As you may know White Oak Farm, in Yorktown, taps over 2400 maple trees on the south side of Turkey Mountain. We are the only commercial maple producer in Westchester County, and the southernmost commercial producer in New York State. We're expecting over 2000 visitors again this year for a pancake breakfast at the Yorktown Grange, followed by tours here at White Oak Farm. We will be showcasing our state of the art sugarhouse, doing tapping demonstrations, sugarhouse tours, our Sugarhouse theater, sugarbush walks, maple tastings, and of course our fully stocked maple products store.
