About Mrs. Weiner

I have been teaching in the Yorktown Central School District since 1995. Over the years, I've taught:

2nd grade (for 2 years: 2020-2022) at Mohansic Elementary School,
3rd grade (for 10 years: 2010-2020) at Mohansic Elementary School,
4th grade (for 12 years: 1995-2004 & 2007-2010) at Crompond Elementary School, &
5th grade (for 3 years: 2004-2007) at Crompond Elementary School.

Prior to teaching in Yorktown, I received both my Bachelor of Arts (in Computer Science, with a minor in Complex Organizations) and Master of Arts in Teaching from Mount Holyoke College.

Raised in Yorktown and a product of our YCSD school system (K-12), I returned to Yorktown to live in our community with my husband, Robert, and our children: Rachel (YHS '19, currently a junior at SUNY Geneseo) and Joshua (8th grade). We made the decision to live in Yorktown and raise our children here so we could live, work, and have our children attend school in a community that is near and dear to our hearts.
