Registrations

Spring Sports:   Boys Baseball, Girls Flag Football, Boys and Girls Golf, Boys and Girls Lacrosse, Girls Softball, Spring Track and Boys Tennis

  FinalForms will be open beginning 2/7/26 through 3/7/26 5:00pm.

NO STUDENT/ATHLETE WILL BE PERMITTED TO BEGIN TRYOUTS UNTIL THEIR FINALFORMS REGISTRATION IS APPROVED BY THE SCHOOL NURSE.  SPORTS PHYSICALS CAN BE UPLOADED THROUGH THE FINALFORMS WEBSITE DURING REGISTRATION OR DELIVERED TO THE SCHOOL NURSE. 

Requirements:

Interested student/athletes should see their School Nurse as soon as possible to determine if they have the required health and medical information on file for sports participation. They can  view the  “Athletic Clearance” tab on the YCSD School Nurse website for  specific guidelines and requirements.
