Author's Note: It’s an homage scene to the first of The Godfather Trilogy. I chose it because the film not only exemplifies the use of various filmmaking techniques, but also becomes a part of America’s pop culture. As to casting, I took into account the underrepresentation of a certain group in the U.S. population.

Author's Note: Through this film, my intent was to portray the slow descent of a relationship between two people, condensed into one single day. I wanted this film to be applicable to any relationship, be it romantic, platonic, familial, or other. The intended meaning of the film is, that not all relationships are meant to last forever, sometimes they are meant to end in order for you to grow, and you just have to cherish the good moments while you can.

This is a short horror/suspense film about someone who is afraid of the dark. It shows someone with a simple and common fear who is forced to confront the fear through a series of either paranormal events or just a power outage, depending on how it is interpreted.
