On this page, you can find our range of exciting day-trips that we have planned for this semester. These trips are a great way to explore new places around the UK without the hassle of planning your own travel.
Whether you are a solo traveller who prefers to go off and explore on your own or if you would like to find a group of fellow students to share the sights with, there is something for everyone.
These trips will be supported by a member of staff who will be there to give directions and make sure that you get back on the bus.
These trips are open to Postgraduate & International students only.
Visit the classic Yorkshire seaside town of Whitby, famous for its harbour, Abbey, and fish & chips.
Enjoy free time to explore the cliffs, beach, shops, and historic streets.

"Visit the historic village of Haworth, home of the Brontë sisters and one of Yorkshire’s most iconic literary destinations. Wander its cobbled streets, visit the Brontë Parsonage Museum, and take in sweeping moorland views, along with plenty of opportunities to enjoy lovely local food and cosy cafés.
In the afternoon, continue to the picturesque market town of Knaresborough. Explore its beautiful riverside setting, see the famous Knaresborough Viaduct, and enjoy more time to relax and take in the scenery along the River Nidd!
