We have planned another range of fantastic trips across Yorkshire!
Join us as we visit some of the stunning sights that Yorkshire has to offer and make new friends.
Visit the classic Yorkshire seaside town of Whitby, explore the old cobbled streets of Haworth and Knaresborough, or spend a day on the beach in Scarborough. We have something for everyone!

Get your walking boots on and join the Postgraduate Communities team as we explore the University of York’s Model Solar System!
Did you know that The University has it's very own Solar System Model, featuring the Sun, the eight planets and the dwarf planet Pluto?
On the afternoon of Friday 5th June, tag along with our resident astronomer, Thom, for a relaxing tour of the Solar System as we gently amble the two-mile route from Campus West to Campus East, taking in some of the many sights of campus along the way.

Summer Riverboat Cruise
We’ve chartered a private boat for an exclusive evening cruise down the Ouse. It’s the ultimate way to wind down, grab a drink, and see the city from the water. Leave the library behind for the evening and join us for chilled-out vibes, live music, and a fully stocked bar. This event is open to ALL international students and ALL postgraduate students.
