The Guildhall is a stunning 15th century Grade I listed building, situated just by the River Ouse in the centre of York. It's also very conveniently located, just a 5 minute walk to the train station in one direction, and to the historic Shambles in the other direction.

It is easy to get to York by train: there is a major train station right in the centre of the city, which is just a 10-minute walk from the venue. You can also get a taxi from the taxi rank straight outside the train station.

The nearest airports are Manchester (MAN) and Leeds Bradford (LBA). There is a regular direct train running from Manchester Airport to York (operated by Transpennine Express), which takes just under 2 hours.

Holiday Inn York City Centre (12 min walk from venue)
There are two Premier Inn options roughly equidistant to the venue: Layerthorpe (13 min walk) or Blossom St (14 min walk)
There are three Travelodge options: Travelodge York Central Micklegate (7 min walk), Travelodge York Central Piccadilly (12 min walk), and Travelodge York Central Layerthorpe (17 min walk)
