Gemma Sarigu (She/Her)

I co-supervised Gemma for her dissertation on The Body Project. Her main interested is in clinical psychology, particularly understanding how individuals' experiences of mental health are shaped by their life experiences and intersecting identities (e.g., gender and socioeconomic background). She has developed a particular passion for women's mental health, specifically eating disorders and trauma-associated conditions, and explores this through her chosen university assignments, women's charity placement, and dissertation topic.
