This project focuses on helping English teachers improve the teaching of English in Ukrainian secondary schools by exploring new orientations to the English language. This involves recognising the diversity of English as a global language and moving away from focusing solely on "native speaker" standards in our classrooms.

The project also aims to empower female teachers, who make up the majority of English teachers in Ukraine, by increasing their confidence in their teaching abilities and providing them with useful resources.

Through research and teacher training workshops, this project will help teachers develop new teaching strategies that reflect the realities of modern language use and support their professional growth. By doing so, we seek to make language teaching more effective, relevant, and supportive for both teachers and their students.
