The Gene & Cell Therapy Laboratory focuses on developing next-generation gene and cell therapies based on fundamental insights into NK/T immune cell biology and RNA regulation. We investigate iPSC-derived immune cells and RNA mechanisms (mRNA, miRNA, m6A), and translate these findings into therapeutic strategies through CAR-X engineering, CRISPR-based gene editing, and LNP delivery systems.

By bridging basic science and translational research, we aim to advance precision medicine for cancer and other intractable diseases.
