Prof. Sooyeon Byun Ph.D
Sooyeon Byun, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Child and Family Studies at Yonsei University. She directs the Future Strategies for Early Care and Education Lab, where she investigates leading strategies in early care and education (ECE) settings with a mission to support young children and their teachers. Dr. Byun's research interests are multifaceted, reflecting her commitment to improving both the quality of ECE and the well-being of those who provide it.
