#GivingTuesday

It’s Giving Tuesday, as we see it, an annual celebration of gratitude! Today we burn for abundance. We are on a mission to make the healing practices of yoga accessible to all but Yoga for All Movement could not exist without our team of volunteers, supporters, and students. It is a deep honor to do this work alongside you. Thank you for your support and being part of the YFAMily!

In the spirit of gratitude, consider supporting equity in our community. Donate or shop our online store.

Yoga For All Movement has accomplished quite a lot in 2017 (and the year isn’t over yet). We served over 600 students, expanded programs including the Mental Health Community Action Network and Front Street Incorporated, and held our official fundraiser, Yoga Fest! Check out our highlights!

Doing some holiday shopping? Our NEW online store is up. YFAM has collaborated with Garden of Indra to create infused botanicals for the mat, muscles, and mind. Give to YFAM and receive a gift from Garden of Indra.

Another way to give! YFAM Yoga Mat

We’re doing a YOGA MAT DRIVE. YFAM is collecting new or used yoga mats to supply Santa Cruz's most vulnerable residents at the Winter Shelter. The Winter Shelter is a safe haven for the local homeless community, that is open during winter's coldest nights. As we go to sleep each night in our warm cozy beds, it's hard to imagine that a yoga mat might be all the bedding some might have for a night of rest.

As we have all experienced, our mats can be a deeply nurturing safe space, a sanctuary for ease. With this mat drive, our goal is to share this experience with some of the most vulnerable in our community, in hopes they might find a warmer, more easeful night of sleep (and hopefully some free yoga classes), on the mats your yoga sangha donates. Donate to participating studios or email info@yogaforallmovememnt.org to get involved!

With an open and grateful heart,

Shanie, Ayla, Roxanne, Stephanie and the entire YFAMily
