Inquiry
My investigation was guided by the question "How can nature and the human-made intersect?"
In this piece, I wanted to explore an instance when the natural and the manmade can merge to give way to elegant, yet functional design.
Taking not only aesthetic, but also structural inspiration from the carapace of a turtle as it is nature's design for a sturdy structure that can withstand large external forces.
