YDN, is excited to announce the call for nominations to engage in Cohort VII of this unique leadership program. The program will kick off in July 2025 and meet monthly through February 2026.  

This program is vibrant and interactive, tailored for individuals in the Latinx Community and those who value the significance of this demographic for the future of the Sacramento Region. The Program aims to enhance leadership skills within the participants, empowering the upcoming generation of leaders to impact business and civic policies as we unite and fortify our region.

The ideal program participant will be: interested in learning leadership from a Latinx cultural perspective, motivated to be engaged within the Sacramento Region in a leadership capacity, committed to personal growth and development, energetic, engaging, caring, and passionate about making a difference. They understand the importance of social responsibility, ongoing education, and purposeful involvement in the organizations and communities they serve. They are either members of the Latino/Hispanic/Latinx community or recognize the importance of this demographic to the future of the region.
