Typically, SVN volunteer opportunities do not require specific skills or training. Any Community Partners who are looking for YCP students with specialized skills, training, or career interests are encouraged to consider student jobs, internships, or field experiences.
SVN does not coordinate student jobs, internships, or field experiences, but we can point you in the right direction! Learn more below.
What is a field experience?
Various academic departments at York College require students to participate in field experiences. Field experiences may include internships, co-ops, student teaching, clinical rotations, work placements, supervised research, and others. Semester-long study abroad experiences also qualify.
Who coordinates field experiences for YCP students?
