ALL working minors under the age of 18 are required by law to have a work permit on file at all times. A new work permit is required each school year.

Get hired! You must have a job to get a work permit.
Complete a Work Permit Application form, including your full social security number and signatures of parent and employer.
After everything is completed, bring your application to the YHS College and Career Center. **DO NOT EMAIL THE FORM**
Ms. Garza will review your eligibility and process the work permit request. Your signature is required on the work permit.
CAUTION: Treat your work permit application very carefully. It has personal information including your social security number on it.
